2. Description of service

BetterBodySuite provides:

• Free tools — science-backed health and fitness calculators available to all visitors without sign-up
• Pro subscription — AI-powered coaching tools available to paying subscribers at $4.99/month

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Pro subscription

Pro membership is billed at $4.99 per month, charged to your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Billing — Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• Cancellation — You may cancel at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds — If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.
• Price changes — We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. AI-generated content

BetterBodySuite Pro includes AI coaching tools powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o mini. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI can be wrong. AI-generated responses are based on general patterns and training data. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before acting on any AI-generated advice.
• General guidance only. AI responses are intended as a starting point for your health and fitness journey — not as a personalized medical, nutritional, or clinical recommendation. Results will vary based on individual factors not captured by the tool.
• Guardrails are in place. Our AI tools are designed to stay on topic — health, fitness, nutrition, and goal setting. We have implemented content filters to prevent off-topic, harmful, or inappropriate responses. However, we cannot guarantee the AI will always respond perfectly, and we reserve the right to update or modify these guardrails at any time.
• No liability for AI responses. BetterBodySuite is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. Use of AI coaching tools is at your own risk.
• Conversation data. AI conversations are processed through our secure infrastructure and are not permanently stored. Session data is cleared when you close or refresh the page.

5. Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account

8. Intellectual property

AI-generated responses are produced on your behalf and you may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterBodySuite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content or AI-generated advice.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
