đ The short version: Free tool calculations happen entirely in your browser â nothing is stored. Pro users can save health data to their account to personalize their experience. We never sell or share your data.
What information we collect
For free tools, we collect no personal information. All calculations are performed locally in your browser and no data is transmitted to our servers.
If you choose to upgrade to BetterBody Pro, we collect:
- Email address (for account creation and billing)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe â we never see your full card number)
- Health profile data you choose to save â including age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal weight, dietary preferences, fitness goals, and equipment. Used to pre-fill forms on future visits.
- Saved plans â meal plans, grocery lists, workout plans, and goal plans you explicitly save within the app.
- Weekly check-in history â weight, calorie averages, activity level, notes, and AI coaching analysis results from each check-in you complete.
How we use your information
We use collected information solely to:
- Process your Pro subscription payment
- Send account-related emails (receipts, password resets)
- Personalize your experience by pre-filling forms and restoring saved plans
- Power AI coaching features using your saved health context
- Improve our tools and user experience
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use BetterBodySuite. This collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time on site, and browser type. No personal health data is included.
Third-party services

- Supabase â secure database and authentication for Pro user accounts.
- OpenAI â powers AI features for Pro users. Health data submitted to AI tools is processed per OpenAI's Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train OpenAI models.
Data retention
Free tool usage: no data retained. Pro accounts: your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual saved plans and check-ins directly within the app. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, email [email protected].
Children's privacy
BetterBodySuite is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Pro users of material changes via email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
